Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CX Business & Salesforce Solution Architect to lead business requirements, solution design, and delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and customer experience initiatives.
This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring strong consulting, business analysis, and solution architecture capabilities. The successful candidate must be able to independently engage business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, understand customer and business processes, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and guide delivery teams through implementation.
Responsibilities:
Business & Solution Leadership
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities.
- Understand customer, sales, marketing, and service processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional designs, and solution architectures.
- Challenge and refine requirements to align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Solution Design & Governance
- Design scalable solutions across Salesforce platforms.
- Define solution architecture, integrations, data models, customer journeys, and automation.
- Review and quality assure business requirements, functional designs, solution designs, and user stories.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants.
- Support project estimation, planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Support solutioning, effort estimation, proposals, and client presentations.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to Salesforce capability development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or techno-functional roles
- Strong experience in at least two of the following Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
- Proven ability to independently lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering
- Strong understanding of customer experience, CRM, customer journeys, lead management, sales, marketing, and service processes
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Experience preparing or reviewing BRDs, FDDs, SDDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills
- Experience leading project teams of at least five members
- Consulting or system integrator experience is preferred/advantageous
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise architecture, and supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and effort estimation is preferred
- Salesforce certifications relevant to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud will be advantageous.
