SummaryThe CX Analyst Intern will support efforts to improve the customer journey by assisting with feedback analysis, reporting, research, and process improvement projects. Qualifications- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, reports, and customer feedback.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, survey tools, or CRM systems is a plus.
