Job Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia
What you will be doing:
- Process EDI PO and provide delivery confirmation back to customer
- Review customer’s new delivery request and work with business planner to fulfill customer’s need
- Provide ad-hoc quotation to customer
- Process RMA return
- Support Accounts Receivable collection
- Primary contact with customer, attend to customer’s escalation and may need to have conference call with customer
- Support Sales when needed
What you will bring along:
- Minimum diploma holder
- 3-5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry
- SAP experience preferred
- Knowledge of EDI
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Experience implementing or supporting customer service infrastructure projects (e.g., new delivery concepts, trainings)
- Ability to prepare, review, complete and book customer orders and order revisions according to procedures
