This is a remote position with 35-40% travel
The CVP of eCommerce & Omni Retail will be responsible for leading eCommerce, Retailer Media, and Shopper/Customer Marketing across all brands within the North America business unit, for Omnichannel Retailers. This role reports to the AVP of ECM and is responsible for eCommerce and Customer Marketing strategy and execution across Walmart, Club, Strategic Accounts & Growth Channels, Grocery and Wholesale. The CVP will work closely with brand teams, sales teams, agency partners, retailers, and operations teams to ensure we are meeting customer and consumer needs & delivering business performance results.
Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: The ideal candidate should have proven leadership experience in leading & guiding robust teams to develop eCom/digital strategies and executing against them in partnership with brands and retailers
  • Strategic Thinking: A strong understanding of consumer trends, market dynamics, and industry best practices is essential. As part of the ECM leadership team, this leader will own creating impactful and balanced long-term omnichannel strategies to drive growth for Kraft Heinz. This leader will also need to make the right short-term decisions to drive business results without sacrificing long-term strategic capability development.
  • eCommerce understanding: CVP will need a deep understanding of how to drive eCommerce $ and share growth in partnership with customers. With this, this leader will require in-depth knowledge & experience with a variety of eCommerce tactics & key measures of success.
  • Ability to influence/integrate: As the owner of the Retailer Media team of subject matter experts and BU-facing eCom/Customer marketing ops team, this role is responsible for defining best-demonstrated practices, and embedding them successfully across the organization, in partnership with the ECM Strategy & Integration team. Additionally, this leader will own our AOP planning process for total ECM and manage a large enterprise go-to-market budget for retail execution.
  • Business Acumen: The successful candidate must understand how to balance short-term goals with long-term objectives while ensuring profitability. They should also have knowledge of financial analysis tools and techniques especially as it pertains to assessing marketing performance, incrementality and ROI.
  • Agility: As the landscape of online shopping and retailer media continues to evolve rapidly, this leader will have a strong agile mindset to be able to quickly adapt to changes in the marketplace. This leader should have a natural curiosity and mindset of lifelong learning with a sharp handle on these marketplace dynamics to be able to prepare and ready the Kraft Heinz organization for change.
  • Stakeholder Management: As the owner of the ECM Ops team (focused on planning, eCom integration into BUs, and Portfolio Marketing/ National customer marketing campaigns, this person should possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and to manage relationships with internal stakeholders (such as brand and media teams) and external relationships (like retailers, agencies & vendors)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role at a large organization.
  • Experience working in the food industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized individual with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead & guide large teams.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$159,400.00 - $199,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
