Execute and optimize customer lifecycle and CVM campaigns (onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to grow ARPU/ARPA. Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, analyze customer data, prepare reports/dashboards, manage segments/rules, and support CVM tools and troubleshooting. - Execute customer lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, and retention programs to enhance Customer Lifetime Value
- Plan, schedule & execute upsell, cross-sell, and migration campaigns to drive ARPU/ARPA growth
- Monitor campaign performance and lead process & system optimizations to improve conversion and revenue outcomes
- Analyze customer data and campaign results to generate actionable insights
- Prepare timely reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance trends
- Optimize rules and segments to deliver targeted & personalized campaigns to achieve optimal conversions
- Support testing (A/B, control groups) to improve campaign effectiveness
- Adapt CVM tools and campaign management platforms to execute and track campaigns
- Support enhancements and troubleshooting efforts in collaboration with IT and analytics teams
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, IT, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery
- Coordinate dependencies to ensure smooth & timely execution of initiatives
- Support presentations and updates for internal reviews

- Experience designing and running A/B tests and control group experiments
- Proficiency preparing reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance trends
- Ability to optimize segmentation and rule-based targeting for personalized campaigns

- Strong presentation and communication skills for internal reviews and updates
