About the Role

• Assist in generating creative marketing concepts that align with business objectives and contribute to achieving growth goals.
• Make use of big data to create existing customer campaign and utilize advanced data analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
• Support to design customer campaigns aimed at uplifting customer experience, fostering repurchase behavior, and growing existing customer business.
• Support to implement targeted communication to different customer segments for personalized engagement.
• Strengthen communication with distribution channels to support seamless execution and engagement
• Lead to develop initiatives that enhance customer experience throughout the entire journey for identified segments and groups.
• Conduct ad-hoc business analyses to support the development of actionable recommendations for the senior management team.
This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Continuous development & knowledge build-up of Team members in campaign execution, including the application of analytics model into customer campaigns;
  • Prepare marketing plans and to support supervisor in execution; Work with different departments and team to prepare project plan & communication for campaign launch;
  • Design and prepare agent/ customer communications and to coordinate with parties involved to ensure plans are execute smoothly within the agreed timeline;
  • Work with different departments and distribution channels in promoting ECM campaigns/ initiatives and collecting feedback of campaign;
  • Management of promotional budget;
  • Provide support to team members in meeting business objective;
  • Assist Department Head as a gate keeper in recommending promotional appeals arrangement

Minimum Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial, Business, Marketing, or Statistics with at least 10 years’ relevant experience on business analyses, business development, and database marketing.
  • Prior experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business is preferred
  • Digital experience
  • Results focused, with a track record of achievement
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various internal and external parties
  • Good in problem-solving
  • Proactive and is an Excellent team player
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written
  • You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
