The Crown Is Yours
As a Customer Trading Analyst, you’ll immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, analyzing customer data and monitoring performance metrics to drive impactful decisions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Trading team, tracking real-time betting activity and identifying trends to ensure precision and agility. By building detailed customer profiles with advanced tools, you’ll play a key role in optimizing strategies and enhancing our competitive edge.
What you will do as a Customer Trading Analyst

Conduct in-depth analysis of customers, examining daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify notable trends and behaviors.

Monitor bets in real-time and collaborate closely with the trading team for swift decision-making.

Resolve customer inquiries and limits-related issues via email and Zendesk support.

Escalate outstanding cases and significant trends to senior team members for further action.

Monitor hourly performance metrics, promptly identifying top performers while upholding quality standards.

Create comprehensive customer profiles by utilizing both internal and external tools, considering multiple aspects of customer behavior and activity.

Provide crucial support to sports traders, supplying real-time insights to enhance their decision-making processes in the dynamic betting and trading landscape.
What you’ll bring

Adaptability to work varied shifts in alignment with the dynamic demands of the role.

Proficiency in English (B2/C1), ensuring clear and effective communication.

In-depth understanding of sports betting and comprehensive knowledge of the global sports calendar.

Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with an ability to conduct precise data analysis and create insightful reporting.

Outstanding communication and organizational skills, enabling the seamless relay of critical business information.

Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus.
