The Gogo Inside Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing front-line customer and dealer support, assisting with service activations, account updates, plan changes, and billing inquiries, while also supporting Inside Sales and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention. This hybrid role blends customer service expertise with operational sales support.

How will you make a difference?

Tier 1 Customer & Account Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, OEMs, and dealers for service changes, billing questions, and account updates
  • Process Subscriber Service Agreements (SSAs), validate data accuracy, and coordinate with Revenue Operations and Accounting for completion
  • Research and resolve service or billing discrepancies in Salesforce and CCDS
  • Execute service changes (plan adjustments, upgrades/downgrades, streaming vs. non-streaming) and tail changes
  • Support provisioning-related updates in partnership with Activations
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and urgency

Sales Enablement

  • Prefill and verify Customer Service Agreements (CSAs) for RSMs
  • Assist with quotes, usage reports, and customer outreach related to renewals or rate plan changes
  • Coordinate follow-ups on deactivations and aircraft ownership changes
  • Support trade shows or customer events when needed

Process & Collaboration

  • Partner with Activations and RevOps to ensure accurate provisioning and billing readiness
  • Contribute to customer experience initiatives and Net Promoter Score improvement
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of customer or product support, preferably in aviation, telecom, or technology

Required Skills, Talents, & Experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable with multi-system workflows (Salesforce, ERP, CCDS)
  • Proven ability to balance customer advocacy with business priorities

Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience

  • Experience in Technical Customer Support, Inside Sales, Customer Success Enablement, or Account Management
  • Familiarity with aircraft connectivity services, provisioning, or aviation operations

Equal Pay Disclosure(s)

Base Pay:

28.00 - 35.00 USD Hourly

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:

Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
