Responsibilities:

Answer customer’s questions and find solutions to meet their needs
Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email
Maintain customer and driver satisfaction
Report technical issues to the engineering team
Report customer feedback to the management team
Collaborate with other GoShare staff members

Requirements

Required Experience:

Associate’s degree or above preferred, but not mandatory
1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory
