  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by troubleshooting and providing accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and escalate complex problems when needed.
  • Provide product and service information to customers and assist with order processing.
