CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
GABROVO, BULGARIA
FULL TIME/ ON SITE / DAY SHIFT
Responsibilities:
▲ Communicating with customers via email regarding inquiries, requests, and case-related issues.
▲ Processing customer orders in the system and tracking their status.
▲ Coordinating with internal departments (Planning, Logistics, Production) to ensure timely deliveries.
▲ Managing customer complaints and escalations — collecting information, tracking progress, and closing cases.
▲ Maintaining up-to-date information in ERP systems (SAP).
▲ Preparing reports and analyses related to customer service activities.
▲ Monitoring deadlines and ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication.
▲ Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
▲ Very good command of the English language.
▲ Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role is an advantage.
▲ Ability to work with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
▲ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
▲ Good computer literacy — MS Office (especially Excel).
▲ Analytical thinking and a problem‑solving mindset.
▲ Ability to work in a dynamic environment and as part of a team.
