We are seeking candidate for the Customer Support Specialist position.
You will be responsible to improve Printec's product performance and customer satisfaction through on-time & effective pattern identification and problem resolution with a limited degree of supervision. You will bring specialized skills, customer focus, problem solving & multi-tasking skills, passion for technology & best practice sharing, and a proven track record for delivering results.
Responsibilities
- 1st level support (basic inquiries, user guidance, report delivery) via e-mail and phone
- 2nd level support (advanced troubleshooting, inventory control management skills, payments)
- Customer onboarding
- Opening user accounts, preparation and installation of devices
- Handover of devices and initial training of new clients for working with the company’s software solutions
- Receiving and testing returned devices after the end of the rental period, receiving devices for service in case of damage, and preparing accompanying documentation
- Device logistics and coordination (DPD shipping)
- Escalation to 3rd level when required
- Updating user manuals when necessary
- QA – Testing the functionality of the company’s software solutions from the user perspective
Requirements
- High school Degree
- Understanding of basic IT systems such as MS Office, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Communication skills, able to deal with customers on the phone or email in a calm and professional way
- Knowledge of Fiscal platform rules (optional)
- Croatian Language knowledge is a must
- Work experience as dispatcher or relevant position - would consider as an advantage.
Position is hybrid one - combination of remote and office based (Zagreb, CRO).
