Role hours are 7:00am- 5:00pm PST and/or 8:00-6:00 PST - Candidates must be available to work pacific time zone hours.
What you will do:
- Carries out all duties associated with the Customer Care Support level and ability to be the first line in escalated cases.
- Covers Sales Rep support phone line
- Partners with team to support general queue for sales rep’s inquiries
- Responsible for maintaining partnership with Inventory Management and the capabilities to assist with tasks related to consignment management
- Assists with FIMS trouble shooting and/or questions from sales reps.
- Maintains FIMS AIF, ensuring consignment orders will not remain stuck. Can also act as an SME for FIMS AIF for projects/enhancements to the system
- FIMS/Consignment SME and trainer for our internal team to make sure Customer Care understands the consignment nature of our business
- Partners with Marketing and manages Fairshare as needed for inventory constraints and maintains any reporting through the process.
- Partners with Marketing and manages CMIR as needed for inventory launches and PPE. Maintaining approval lists in OneNote and partnering with Customer Care and team on the approved list and process.
- Partners with Inventory Management on pending consignment orders and assist with any action that needs to be taken within SAP (held orders due to pending No Charge, IRB expiration, and pending RMAs).
- Works with Customer Care Manager and Inventory Manager on maintaining training for sales reps on order mgmt. and other order mgmt. updates.
- Subject Matter Expert for SAP, FIMs and additonal order management systems and cross functional procedures.
- Assists in writing and maintaining FIMs knowledge documents, work instructions and procedures.
- Builds relationships and fosters teamwork with fellow team members, leadership and individuals within other departments.
- Contributes to leading in product innovation by listening and working with others and contributing new ideas.
- Customer Service contact to work with Sales, Marketing and our internal team to ensure any promotions are documents and the field is aware of proper procedures.
What you will need:
Required:
- High School diploma AND 6 years of experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4 years of experience required
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6 years Customer Service or Sales Support experience preferred
- Experience with SAP preferred
