The Role
Do you want to help renters with their everyday needs? Do you like solving problems? We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to help renters in the US with their everyday problems around their homes. We are looking for a sharp problem solver to coordinate the effective and efficient resolution of maintenance requests from residents -- one of the most impactful operations to the customer experience. The Operations Coordinator will join a high-performing team that takes on different challenges every day, communicates professionally and confidently at multiple levels, and is constantly looking for ways to improve and grow.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate reactive, proactive, and routine maintenance for our residents and homeowners
- Demonstrate critical thinking to find the fastest and most effective solution for complex maintenance problems with multiple stakeholders
- Gather information, schedule, and dispatch in-house and 3rd-party maintenance technicians.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with all stakeholders from start to finish of maintenance projects.
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with Support, Field, Sales, and Finance teams to continually improve existing maintenance operations.
- Politely and ruthlessly negotiate maintenance pricing with external partners to provide the highest quality maintenance at the best cost
- Negotiate and manage day-to-day relationships with our external partners and homeowners, and provide excellent care to our in-house maintenance technicians.
What We Expect From You:
- Incredibly hard-working and willing to go above and beyond to reach our goals
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to discuss technical maintenance requirements with various audiences (technicians, homeowners, internal teams)
- Empathetic customer service mindset
- Fast learner and team player who grows with and helps uplift teammates!
- Amazing work ethic, driven by precision and attention to detail
- Thrives in a startup environment
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem solver who expects a new challenge each day
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
