The Role
Crescendo is looking for talented folks to join our Customer Support Teams. We look for candidates who care about the details and are always looking to learn something new. You will solve support cases that include basic troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing, plus above-and-beyond empathy. It’s required that you be very disciplined in working autonomously and that you be determined, self-directed, and driven. We have a range of opportunities available in different industries which include Edtech, eCommerce, Fintech, Health, Wellness, and More. What You’ll Do:
- Creating and optimizing processes in the area of customer support
- Providing daily communication (user support via tickets)
- Ensuring user compliance, identifying and solving problems
- Processing user claims
- Performing quality control & reviews management
What We Expect From You:
- High proficiency in written English (С2)
- An effective collaborator; supportive of other team members in their success
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, find answers to customer issues, and articulate complex solutions in written communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly and adapt to a changing product
- Highly empathetic
