JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Support Specialists serve as the face of Vertafore and focus on the customer experience by identifying and resolving technical and non-technical product issues and questions.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
1. Provides the highest level of customer support to our Industry customers.
2. Uses job aids to resolve issues and answers non-technical and technical questions regarding our software products and services.
3. Documents customer cases using customer relationship management system.
4. Processes daily tasks with a high level of accuracy and productivity to meet performance metrics.
5. Able to support Agency, Carrier, Provider as well as Individuals and is enabled in all phone queues.

No experience is required. We'll provide you with an effective onboarding program and when you are ready, we'll offer ongoing development opportunities to prepare you to become our next generation of critical talent for other positions across our business. We also offer tuition reimbursement!
Additional Requirements and Details:• Travel not anticipated.• Ability to work remote with a stable internet connection on an as needed basis• Located and working from an office location (when required)• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.• Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.• $36400 / year• WFH Flexible• #LI-Hybrid

The Professional Services (PS) and Customer Success (CX) bonus plans are a quarterly monetary bonus plan based upon individual and practice performance against specific business metrics. Eligibility is determined by several factors including: start date, good standing in the company, and actives status at time of payout.
The Vertafore Incentive Plan (VIP) is an annual monetary bonus for eligible employees based on both individual and company performance. Eligibility is determined by several factors including: start date, good standing in the company, and actives status at time of payout.
Commission plans are tailored to each sales role but common components include quota, MBO's and ABPMs. Salespeople receive their formal compensation plan within 30 days of hire.
