Job Description:

  • Supporting customers through different channels (inbound calls and messages) 

  • Analysing and solving customers’ queries 

  • Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)

  • Making changes to the system

  • Forwarding faults or calls to other departments.

Our requirements:

  • French C1+ level is a must;

  • English B1;

  • Customer-oriented thinking and attitude;

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Willingness to work on shifts, from our office in Sofia, Bulgaria
