What you will do:
As a Customer Support Specialist at Sensorfact, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth support experience for our customers. You’ll help them with solving their commercial or technical questions, all while delivering exceptional service. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver great customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver great hands-on customer support: you ensure customer satisfaction and responsive, effective and efficient support;

  • Handle escalated customer cases, making sure cases don’t go beyond the agreed resolution times, and for example making sure the phone is being picked up;

  • Act as the gatekeeper for incoming questions, and help escalations to the right stakeholders (including Customer Success Management, Consultancy, Development, etc);

  • Address recurring questions to make a better strategy for Customer Support. You not only identify possible solutions, but you also make sure it is implemented correctly;

  • Share your ideas and initiatives to improve the standard operating procedures.


What you bring:

  • Relevant customer centric experience (customer support /success, sales, hospitality) or a strong willingness to learn;

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken);

  • Strong communication skills to build customer relationships;

  • A growth mindset: you love continuous improvement and you like working in a scale-up environment;
