Customer Service Representative$30 and up (depending upon experience)Plus Shift Differential Pay!2nd Shift Position: Mon-Thurs 3:30pm – 2:00amUp to $4,000 sign on bonus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Previous Parts or Diesel Mechanic experience REQUIRED
- Retail focus – Customer Relationship
- Solicit the sale of new or additional services
- Strong Data Entry Skills
- Utilizes a computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs in the shop or field, processing service invoices to include warranty claims.
- Communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and using a computer
- Handle/resolve service-related concerns
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong technician background is a must
- Previous Parts experience is required
- ASE certifications strongly encouraged
- Ability to create professional relationships with customers and technicians
- Ability to stay self-motivated
- Driver's License is required
- CDL is a Plus
PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance.
- The associate must be able to read and write reports.
- Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
