Job Summary

We’re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers—helping them place orders, find the right products, and get timely updates on their requests.

You’ll work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive experience from order placement through delivery. Success in this role comes from strong communication, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to helping customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, validate, and manage sales orders within the ERP system
  • Provide friendly, responsive support to customers via phone and email
  • Assist with order placement, product inquiries, pricing, and availability
  • Keep customers informed with accurate and timely order updates
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Track orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or claims with care and urgency
  • Ensure orders are accurate, including pricing and product details
  • Process credits and adjustments when needed
  • Build strong, lasting relationships through proactive communication
  • Recommend products and complementary solutions (e.g., EQUIP, power supplies, network switches)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Meet or exceed individual and team customer service goals
  • Support additional tasks as needed

Required Skills and Abilities

  • A strong customer-first mindset and passion for helping people
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills with a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP experience is an asset (SAP preferred)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • 2–3 years of customer service experience, including at least 1 year of experience in data entry, order processing, or order management
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Work Location: On Site (Shift time: 7:30am to 4pm, 5 days a week)
City: Surrey
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $42,000 - $60,000 CAD
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
