The Role

The Remote Customer Support Representative will assist customers via various online channels (chat, email, etc.). You will resolve issues, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Description:

  • Provide assistance through live chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer support or technical support experience.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience with online support tools or CRM systems.
