We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about delivering customer delight and have a strong background in customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries through live chat, calls, and emails.
Load orders and quotes into our AS400 application.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.
Document and report customer feedback to help improve our services.
Work efficiently in the ASEAN shift to support our regional customers.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is required.
Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in handling live chat, calls, and email inquiries.
Experience with AS400 or similar applications is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Commitment to delivering a delightful customer experience.
