Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone calls, and emails.
- Process orders and quotes using our AS400 system.
- Deliver accurate and prompt responses to customer questions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless customer journey.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
- Document and share customer feedback to support service improvements.
- Operate effectively during the ASEAN shift to serve regional customers.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in managing live chats, calls, and email queries.
- Familiarity with AS400 or similar systems is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience.
