Role Objective: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be essential in supporting customers throughout their document processing journey. Acting as their dedicated advocate, you’ll provide personalized, proactive assistance from start to finish to ensure a positive experience. A crucial aspect of our customer engagement strategy, your role will involve directly connecting with customers via phone calls and Zoom meetings, where you’ll deliver support and address their needs at every stage.
vFairs Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential new customers to educate them on our clients, products, promotions, or any sales opportunities that will excite the consumer and exceed their needs
- Train with our top executives to understand our clients, services, and company goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and fellow vFairs Customer Support Representative team members
- Utilize current knowledge to create and implement strategies that will increase company revenue and profitability
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies
- Professionally represent the company and abide by all company policies when interacting with customers
Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong empathy, active listening skills, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Organized and process-oriented, skilled in connecting and managing information.
- Proactive, self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and office software.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with high self-motivation.
- Comfortable engaging with customers over Zoom and phone.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Availability
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm CST (excluding federal holidays).
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $55,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
