CEFALY Technology is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Service team to provide an excellent customer experience. This is a hybrid position based in Darien, CT. 

What you’ll be doing:

As the Customer Support Representative, you will directly contribute to the success of the organization by delivering a world-class customer experience. This involves educating new customers, supporting existing customers, and contributing to on-going projects that aim to improve efficiency and the overall customer experience.

This is a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding role, and requires someone who can multitask and is a great communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely manner
  • Enter and track customer orders in our ERP NetSuite
  • Educate customers on product offerings
  • Partner with Quality and Regulatory to maintain high quality standards
  • Host private CEFALY Coach sessions with customers who need a more personalized learning experience
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the success of company by assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Positive attitude!

Beneficial Qualifications:

  • Prior ERP experience, preferably NetSuite
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer goods industry
