What you will work on:

  • Provide top-tier technical support via chat and email to both new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
  • Work with a diverse, international client base spanning multiple industries and regions.
  • Help improve our technical documentation and internal knowledge base for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Represent CloudTalk professionally while solving customer issues with empathy and efficiency.

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience working in technical support is required.
  • Experience working with SaaS products is a plus; basic API concepts and IPv4 networking concept understanding is an advantage.
  • Languages: English fluent
  • Work Shift: willingness to work according to a work shift schedule (divided into long weeks (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun) and short weeks (Wed, Thu) from 9:00PM-9:30AM CET)
  • Team Player: You’re ready to support your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Self-Starter and Problem-solver: You take ownership of your tasks, work with minimal supervision and solve problems, not tickets.
