Let’s start with the role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens. Your mission is to assist customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer issues and answer questions related to insurance products purchased through our online platform.
- Provide prompt and effective service with professionalism, aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer information in the company's customer management (CRM) system.
- Coordinate with Pricefox partners to address and fulfill customer requests.
- Collaborate and support the sales department
- Handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions within specified timeframes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in the field of insurance
- Understanding of underwriting rules and insurance procedures
- Fluency in Greek
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-centric approach
