We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative/Specialist full-time to join our talented Customer Experience team in our Berlin HQ, 3 days a week.
🎯 What you will contribute:
- Communicate with our customers across multiple channels
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues or complaints to find effective solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers
- Educate our customers on product features, best practices, and self-help resources
- Proactively contribute suggestions and ideas and implement them independently
🤝 What you bring:
- Ideally, initial experience in a customer-facing position in a dynamic setting (start-up preferred)
- Excellent customer centricity and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Empathy and a genuine desire to give the best customer experience
- Fluent language skills in English with a minimum C1 level German (Dutch and Spanish are a plus)
