We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Customer Success, learn how to manage support tools, and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Role expectations
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in troubleshooting product or service issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members
  • Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system
  • Help maintain and update the knowledge base and FAQs
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Clinical, Sales) to resolve customer concerns
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve support skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
  • Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Sales force) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
