What will you be doing and learning?
Spend your summer working with our Customer Support teams and learn how to analyze media adoptions, onboarding processes, and support cases. Your projects will focus on optimizing support processes for all stages of the Customer journey. You will collaborate with various stakeholders in Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams. Along the way, you will build data analysis, project management, and Customer Support experience.
Skills / Knowledge:
- You must be enrolled in a degree program (i.e. Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc)
- We will accept applicants graduating with their degrees in Spring 2026.
- Recent graduates within the last 6 months will be considered.
- Interest in customer experience and data analysis.
- Eagerness to collaborate with teammates and cross-functionally with other departments.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to quickly learn new systems.
This internship is eligible for remote participation, excluding the following locations: Alaska, Arkansas, California, Washington DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Mississippi, Nevada, South Dakota, Washington State, West Virginia, Wyoming.
