Customer Suport
Location: Office based in Claremont, Cape Town
Type: Full-time
Working hours are expected to be:
1 x 6:30am - 3:30pm UK Time
1 x 10:00am - 7:00pm UK Time
Salary:
Base: 18,000 - 25,000 Rand per month

Our online platform gives schools instant access to hundreds of profiles of fully vetted teachers and support staff. Since launching in 2017, we’ve saved schools over £30m – money that goes straight back into school budgets and increases teachers’ pay.

Helpful to have but not essential 💥
- University degree
- Interest in and the desire to work as part of an operations team
- Strong knowledge of the UK education sector. Formal qualifications / experience in teaching is a huge plus
What will you be doing? 🤔
- Be the primary contact for customer enquiries
- Ensure key service standards on responsiveness to emails, phone calls and text messages are met in order to ensure happy customers 📚
- Ensure the smooth daily operations of the business by proactively flowing queries to the appropriate person in the company
- Work collaboratively with the operations, sales, and the technology team to continuously improve efficiency in delivering value to schools and candidates ☀️
- Get your hands dirty. Like any true start-up, no two weeks will be the same and a general interest in ‘mucking in’ and just getting the job done is crucial
