Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end customer relationships across calls, chats, and follow-ups

• Build trust with users by understanding their needs and guiding them on relevant services (pujas, chadhava, products, etc.)

• Drive repeat engagement and revenue through proactive follow-ups and personalised recommendations

• Ensure a high-quality customer experience across every interaction

• Handle customer concerns with empathy while ensuring timely resolution

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service fulfilment

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and lifecycle stage

• Identify high-intent users and convert them into long-term customers

• Spot patterns in user behaviour and proactively suggest improvements to enhance experience and conversions

What is needed for this role

• Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Knowledge of one or more South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) will be an added advantage.

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, relationship management, customer success, or similar roles

• Background in telesales, B2C sales, hospitality, or the service industry is preferred

• Ability to build rapport and influence customers through conversations

• High empathy with a strong customer-first mindset

• Comfortable handling objections and driving conversions

• Strong ownership and accountability for both experience and revenue metrics

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
