Position Overview
Leidos is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Analyst to join our team supporting the ACCA5JI JINTACCS mission at our customer office in Langley, Virginia. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the team, leveraging your experience with the DoD iSMART process and toolsets to provide critical technical assistance to users. Position requires a Current or Active DoD Secret security clearance.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective help desk support to users of the iSMART process and government-designated software tool, serving acquisition programs and other users.
Maintain and update toolset reference data, ensuring it reflects current MIL-STD baselines by integrating Joint Multi-Tactical Data Link Configuration Control Board (JMTCCB) approved Interface Change Proposals (ICPs).
Conduct research and gather information to prepare essential mission-related materials, including background papers, staff studies, talking papers, and presentations, as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology), and 2 or more years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Current Security+ certification.
At least 2 years of experience with the iSMART process and associated toolsets.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Tactical Data Link (TDL) networks and familiarity with applicable military standards (US Mil-Std 3011, 6011, 6016, 6017, 6020, 6040, 188-220, and 2045-47001).
Current or Active DoD Secret security clearance.
