We are looking for a Customer Support Administrator who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

A Day in the Life:
- Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle: processing buy lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, state to state transfers (retitling), corporate name changes and title follow up.
- Follow Title Management Processing procedures including title management projects where multiple units for one client require processing and collaboration of employee and project team will be necessary to accomplish goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an administrative area or related
- 2-3 years professional experience in office environment
- MS Office (Excel – ability to add data to cells, use SUM function, sort data and Word – ability to create documents)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience communicating with external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple tasks and focus on detail
- Strong work ethic and proactive collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization, able to shift to different priorities
