The Customer Support Administrator for Radiometer is responsible for internal and external customer service.

This position is part of the back office  located in Warsaw and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contact with business customers and cooperation with sales, service, warehouse, logistic and accounting departments
  • Coordinating the implementation of customer orders, issuing invoices, considering complaints and administrative work related to the functioning of the office
  • Entering and updating customer data in ERP and CRM systems
  • The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office work
  • Knowledge of English at an intermediate level, Polish- a necessary condition and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience in a similar position, paperwork and knowledge of the medical device industry is welcome.
