Customer Supply Representative

As a Customer Supply Representative, you will manage the day-to-day order fulfillment process for your assigned customers. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service through proactive communication, system management, and collaboration with internal teams.
What are we looking for?Minimum
1+ years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or customer logistics
1+ year experience working with Uber Freight TMS system
Working knowledge of ERP systems and EDI tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward issue resolutio
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build cross-functional relationships
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in SAP
Experience utilizing PowerPoint
Manage customer orders in SAP, including manual entries, troubleshooting errors, and resolving fulfillment issues such as EDI errors, substitutions, and shortages.
Track and report daily service metrics (e.g., OTIF, Casefill), respond to customer scorecards, and contribute to bracket compliance strategy and allocation management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a key point of contact and supporting clear, timely communication.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Demand, and Supply to ensure service execution, pricing accuracy, deduction validation, and smooth handoffs across functions.
Participate in S&OE meetings to stay aligned on inventory, product availability, and service risks.
Own and update customer setup details, manage portal usage, and lead new account transitions or updates.
Support service and quality escalations across internal teams, maintain desk guides for continuity, and meet bi-weekly with your manager to review performance and development.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
