Reporting to the Director Customer Supply Chain, you will lead the execution of strategic supply chain initiatives and the development of supply chain policies, processes, and procedures that improve performance for Conagra Brands and its customers. You will apply deep supply chain expertise to strengthen customer partnerships, optimize end‑to‑end supply chain processes, and drive results through data‑driven insights, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end‑to‑end supply chain for Conagra Brands and its customers.

  • Serve as a supply chain liaison between Conagra Brands and customers, advocating for a customer‑centric mindset across the organization.

  • Partner closely with customer supply chain teams and Sales to manage results, communicate performance, and address customer needs.

  • Lead customer interactions with leaders across customer replenishment, supply chain services, transportation, and warehouse operations.

  • Develop and enhance supply chain processes that minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

  • Manage customer efficiency policies and programs.

  • Manage customer performance scorecards and key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.

  • Perform periodic supply chain business reviews internally and with customers.

  • Partner with Sales teams to support revenue growth and profitability improvement.

  • Lead and support supply chain components of vendor agreements and contracts.

  • Facilitate demand planning activities related to major events, network transitions, and new or discontinued items.

  • Anticipate risks, trends, and potential disruptions while developing and implementing solutions to customer supply chain challenges.

  • Present findings and recommendations that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making.

  • Support integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions for assigned customers.

  • Challenge the status quo through disciplined curiosity and continuous improvement in supply chain practices.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Five or more years of related business experience.

  • Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and supply chain policies and practices.

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills with experience developing data‑driven models.

  • Continuous improvement experience.

  • Proven record of delivering high‑quality results in a timely manner.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including communication with senior leadership.

  • Proven experience in relationship‑building and collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis and data mining tools.

  • Experience with business systems and Systems, Applications, and Products preferred.

  • Willingness to travel up to 15 percent.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
