Job Description
The Training Manager ensures operational and personal readiness of the VBAT Training Team roster. They are responsible for daily administrative tasks, equipment and property accountability, and cross-functional support. They manage routine traffic with Training personnel and VBAT customers in CONUS and OCONUS environments, ensuring mission and personnel readiness.
Projects you might work on:
- Track and manage CONUS and OCONUS Instructor obligations across numerous obligations. Mentor and develop VBAT Instructors. Serve as a primary touchpoint cross-functionally between the instructor roster and the rest of the SAI enterprise.
Required qualifications:
- 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- VBAT Technical SME
- UAS Instructor experience
- UAS Pilot Industry Experience
- Deployed operational UAS experience
