Senior Sales Manager - AI/ML Product

As the Senior Sales Manager for our AI/ML product offerings, you will be a key player in shaping the strategic direction of our AI/ML sales efforts and leading a team of highly skilled sellers. Your primary mission will be to drive customer success, ensuring the long-term retention of our valued clients, and exceeding revenue goals. You will leverage your extensive technical expertise to address our customers' unique needs, provide innovative solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our AI/ML offerings. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring, guiding, and developing your team while building critical relationships in the AI/ML cloud-based services market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for AI/ML product sales, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Lead the charge in identifying emerging trends in the AI/ML cloud-based services market and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Drive innovation within the team to enhance customer success and market share.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of seasoned sellers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic direction, support, and guidance to maximize team performance and professional growth.
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure your team remains at the forefront of industry knowledge.
- Customer Success and Revenue Growth:
- Strategically manage key customer relationships, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization.
- Develop and implement advanced strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and retention goals within the AI/ML product space.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Marketing, to ensure customer success initiatives are aligned with company goals.
- Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive synergistic efforts.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
- Continuously monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Implement data-driven strategies and tactics to optimize team performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exemplary leadership and strategic thinking, consistently achieving and surpassing goals in a high-growth, Product-Led Growth environment.
- Extensive network and demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and leverage strategic relationships.
- Deep awareness of emerging trends in the AI/ML cloud-based services market and a proven ability to create and capitalize on opportunities.
- Exceptional ability to work autonomously, identify, and drive new business opportunities to successful closure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in IaaS or PaaS is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional technical acumen to comprehend our products and articulate their value propositions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, with relevant industry certifications, preferred.
- A natural curiosity and proactive approach to problem-solving.

- We reward our employees. The base salary range for this position is between $136,000-$204,000 based on relevant years of experience and skills. The salary range for this role is specific to candidates located within the U.S. and will vary for candidates outside the U.S.. Employees may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees including grants of equity upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
