Product Support Analyst
Key Role:
Support defense acquisition and sustainment commands with life cycle logistics planning and execution. Apply specific functional knowledge; working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with DoD Logistics, and private sector personal property management support, including developing and coordinating briefings
- 2+ years of experience with processes unique to the sustainment and asset management of an organization
- 1+ years of experience with assessing program documents and risks to determine the impact to logistics strategy and overall program schedule
- Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, and asso cia te contractor teammates to achieve program goals
- TS / SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience executing asset management duties and responsibilities with legacy DoD asset management tools and systems
- Knowledge of ITIL4 Foundation methodologies
- Ability to be highly motivated with a dynamic work ethic and strong desire to contribute to the DoD mission
- Asso cia te's degree in Finance or CS
- Defense Property Accountability System ( DPAS ) training and certification
- National Property Management Asso cia tion ( NPMA ) in either CPPA, CPPS, or CPPM certifications
