Inventory Control Specialist

About the role:
This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for all inventory
transactions including work orders, inventory transfers, cycle counts and any other inventory
related duties for our Redwood City warehouse location and other offsite inventory locations.
How you'll make an impact:
- Transfer inventory to and from the manufacturing line and other warehouses
- Maintain cycle counts at prescribed intervals
- Follow processes and bring up concerns and improvements (SOPs, Quality and
Tracking) - Communicate with the Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Teams primarily
through email and chat software
What makes you a good fit:
- This person 2+ years of experience maintaining accurate inventory including cycle
counts and transfers. - Experience with ERP systems for inventory transactions and movement of inventory
- Must be adaptable and a self starter
- Strict adherence to defined warehouse processes
- Able to lift 50 pounds and be on their feet for up to 6 hours
- Experience in a startup, a fast-paced job where one person can have multiple roles.
- 2-5 years working in a warehouse including inbound and outbound logistics
- Google Sheets expert
- Working with Kanban inventory systems
- Packaging and shipping electronics
