The range of energy industry participants we serve includes power generators and utilities, energy traders, downstream commercial & industrial energy consumers, exploration and production (E&P) companies and related businesses such as oilfield services, midstream, and capital markets.
We are currently seeking a highly driven Customer Support Engineer to join our Power & Renewables team in Centennial, CO, Denver, CO, Houston, TX, Austin, TX, or Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector. This position starts with a base salary of $65,000 -$75,000 and an opportunity to advance in your career at a rapid rate.
Performance Objectives
  • Ability to effectively manage and answer customer requests for the Power & Renewables products .
  • Answer client questions accurately and in a timely manner , pursuant with our track record for world-class customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize the greater Power & Renewables group to clear client requests in a way that is streamlined for minimum impact to roadmap tasks.
  • Work with Customer Success and Sales teams to highlight opportunities for increased ROI within their account base.
  • Deliver client feedback to marketing and development teams to build more effective products and services.
  • Complete company certifications and training on a regular basis.

Competitive Candidate Profile
  • The intangibles include being driven by results, high goal orientation, working with urgency. In other words, you MUST have a strong motor!
  • Proven experience managing customer questions and/or requests .
  • Experience in the Power & Renewables space and with customer support software is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience forecasting new business on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis.

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $ 75 ,000
This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: 65,000-85,000
