Position Description
Lindsay Corporation is hiring a new Customer Service Coordinator reporting to the Director of Customer Service. This person will work with the Project Manager and Controller to help manage invoicing, shipment documentation, Field Service Warranty Claims and related order entry and documentation support.
Position Details
This is a full-time non-exempt position located at the Corporate Office in Omaha, NE. Travel requirements are 0-5%.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with RM's, dealers, team members, Business Units and customers
- Demonstrate a passion for the industry with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Earn trust through superior process knowledge and performance
- Demonstrate Lindsay values
- Communicate customer requirements to Lindsay
- Accurately enter simple sales, project sales and lease projects into ERP system
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Controller to help manage invoicing, shipment documentation, Field Service Warranty Claims and related order entry and documentation support.
- Irrigation customer service duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- A passion for customer service
