Content Management Support Specialist
As a Content Management Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have access to the most up-to-date content at all times and across every channel. You will be primarily responsible for managing and creating content for our sports books and the mobile app.

Content Management Support Specialist
As a Content Management Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have access to the most up-to-date content at all times and across every channel. You will be primarily responsible for managing and creating content for our sports books and the mobile app.
What You Will Do:
- Working closely with colleagues at our sports books to ensure the correct content is displayed
- Work closely with our trading team to ensure content is displayed correctly on our mobile app
- Setting up templates for sports betting
- Prioritizing sports events to place on displays
- Creating sports betting sheets for sports books using Crystal Reports and Excel
- Troubleshooting Windows PCs remotely via VNC
- Establishment of effective and professional relationships with all levels of William Hill employees and customers/vendors
- Promotes a positive image for William Hill within the industry and community
What You Will Need:
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Windows troubleshooting
- Multi-tasking skills under deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- You will need to successfully complete a background and drug screen
Essential Functions/Exposures:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods
- Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods
- Regular attendance in the office
