Awardco's customers are top priority, and our Customer Support team ensures each Awardco user has the best experience possible while using our product. We have the following shifts available for this role:
Full-time: Saturday - Wednesday 12AM - 8AM ($20/hour)
Part-time: Monday - Friday 7AM - 12PM ($15/hour)
What you will do:
- Fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets
- Work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
- Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction
What you will bring:

- Tech-savvy and quick learner
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus:
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Suite
- Zendesk
