Additional Perks + Benefits
We are building something great together at LP, and part of that is our culture! Our team is eager to connect and get to know one and other, both in-person and virtually. Our team meets throughout each quarter to build on our culture as we continue to grow! Some of these options include: in heavily populated areas (Denver, LA, ATX, NYC) for social events, Employee Resource Groups (Women@LP and Diversity&Inclusion@LP), virtual games, holiday festivities, lunch and learns and more. Additionally, we host yearly off-sites where employees fly into one location from over 40 states across the US. These are focused on strategy, vision, reflection and connection.
Recently new additions to our perks: We just rolled out a "Personal Leave Policy" to support unprepared time off. The types are defined as: Sick Time, Bereavement Time, Jury Duty, Reproductive and Fertility. As we enter open enrollment, we look forward to welcoming Short Term and Long Term disability, as well as Life Insurance, to our healthcare packages.
