Why You’ll Love This Job


As a Client Implementation Rep, you'll be the primary liaison between clients and our company, ensuring they have a seamless setup process and ongoing support for our core product, Thrillshare. You'll collaborate with various teams, become a Thrillshare expert, and provide personalized training and assistance to school leaders to set them up for success and foster enduring relationships with Apptegy.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as an ambassador and advocate for clients by providing them with the tools and training needed to be successful.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company and manage each client's setup process to ensure they have the best launch experience possible.
  • Become an expert in our core product, Thrillshare, and train and support school leaders.
  • Assist clients through numerous, individual conversations and support-oriented tasks.
  • Lead product training for SIS (School Information System) integration while setting the foundation for a lasting, healthy relationship with Apptegy.

Who You Are

  • 4-year college degree or comparable, continuous work experience with an impressive track record of success
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment and know how to pick up tech tools quickly
  • A willingness to work hard and do whatever it takes
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Capable of managing your day and be effective & efficient
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
