As part of our new chapter with Pluxee, Cobee is entering an exciting phase of  expansion and consolidation. We continue to grow rapidly and are focused on strengthening our teams and enhancing the experience of our clients worldwide.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team and help us deliver a high-quality, personal post-sales experience; lay a solid foundation to ensure the success of SME accounts, maximize their satisfaction and retain them.

What you'll be doing:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs.
Provide clients with updates on new products and services.
Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.
Certifications Requirements:
Certified Client Relationship Manager (CCRM) or equivalent preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements:
1 - 2 years of experience in client relationship management or a related field.

Languages:
English high and Spanish native
