What you will be working on tasks:
Together with the Customer Success and the Sales team you will:
- Work hand in hand with project teams at corporate companies,
- Comprehend the requirements of our corporate international clients,
- Convert distinct client challenges into tailored and effective solutions,
- Implement tasks to assist clients in achieving optimal value,
- Specialize in the utilization of our AI coaching platform,
- Harness AI capabilities to develop compelling training programs for diverse roles,
- Contribute to the refinement of internal processes and advocate for a customer success mindset across all Retorio departments.

- You are experienced with digital technology and software,
- You speak German fluently and your English is exceptional,
- You are happy to go the extra mile and always see the bigger picture for your clients,
- Passion for technology and high interest in AI.
