Job Description
- Liderazgo & empoderamiento del Equipo: Supervisar, guiar y empoderar al equipo de Customer Success Specialists, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos de rendimiento y se mantenga un alto nivel de servicio al cliente.
- Diseña, desarrolla e implementa estrategias de customer journey que aseguren una experiencia excepcional para nuestros clientes desde el primer contacto hasta una fidelización duradera.
- Análisis de Feedback: Recopilar y analizar feedback del cliente para identificar áreas de mejora y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
- Talent density & capacitaciones equipo: buscar el desarrollo continuo para llegar a nuestros objectivos / metas
- Monitoreo de KPIs: Supervisar y analizar indicadores clave de rendimiento para identificar oportunidades de mejora en el engagement y la retención de clientes.
- Abordar la resolución de problemas con un enfoque creativo, buscando soluciones innovadoras que impulsen el crecimiento y el éxito del producto.
Qualifications
Licenciatura (pasante o titulado)
Inglés Avanzado
Conocimiento de CRM
Excel avanzado
